Natalia Anokhina — founder of West Strategy Advising, lawyer (certificate No. 000073), legal and business advisor with over 15 years of experience supporting Ukrainian and international projects.

Natalia advises major national and international businesses on transaction structuring, investment project implementation, corporate governance and entry into foreign markets. She has extensive experience supporting complex projects that combine legal, regulatory and business aspects.

Her key practice areas include corporate, contract, employment and IT law, as well as dispute resolution and negotiation.
Natalia is co-founder and CEO of the Lviv California Chamber of Commerce (LCCC), which develops strategic partnership between Ukraine and California, including engagement with government institutions, international organisations and businesses.
She has practical experience in the IT sector, including legal support, building business processes, international expansion and partnership development, including engagement with the US market.

Many years of activity in the European Business Association (EBA), including over 6 years as Chair of the Legal Committee of the Western Ukrainian Office, participation in the international professional community, in particular the International Bar Association (IBA) and the Ukrainian Arbitration Association (UAA), as well as involvement in USAID-supported initiatives, have shaped a systemic vision for the development of the business environment and legal regulation in Ukraine.

Natalia has also taught in the field of IT law, including within programmes of the Kyiv-Mohyla Academy and industry educational initiatives.
Author of numerous publications on legal matters and speaker at Ukrainian and international professional events, as well as organiser of industry events for businesses and the legal community. Graduate of the FLEX programme (Future Leaders Exchange Program, USA).
